Hi!
I’m Christina. Growing up I was very active and I soon grew a love for handball. This is where I met the love of my life. We got married in 2019, so I know what you brides are going through!
My passion for photography has grown steadily my whole life, but the interest sparked in highschool. I quickly learned the basics and clearly had an eye for it.
I wanted to pursue my creative side, and went on studying graphic design. I worked as a graphic designer for about a year and, simultaneously, my love for photography got stronger. I got a job as a photographer for Anna Olette Visual, and that’s when I knew this was what I wanted to do.
After working for AOV as a wedding photographer for two years, I wanted to start something of my own. I couldn’t imagine a better person to embark on this journey with than Amalie, and Piil Photography was born.

Hi!
My name is Amalie. Growing up, I spent a lot of time outdoors. My father took my sister and me on everything from long to short trips, both local and further away. My love for nature started here and it has never stopped growing.
When I applied for high school, I chose health subjects, because I´ve always had a desire to work with people. Later I studied physiotherapy for a while and I have a bachelor's degree in psychology. I never let go of my interest in photography and it was in high school that I got my first camera. Although I only used automatic settings for a long time, I photographed a lot, especially natural elements and my family members.
Finally, in 2019, I got a job as a photographer for Anna Olette Visuals, thanks to my friend Christina. Not long after, she asked me if we should photograph together on our own and I was never in doubt. The name became Piil Photography and look at us now! The booking in 2021 has exceeded all expectations and I could not have had a better partner for all the adventures that await!

Our vision is that photography should be fun and It is important to us that the images reflect exactly that. We love it when the photoshoot is a sporty and playful experience. This is how the passion you two have for each other become visible and the images express joy, warmth and love. It is essential for us that the image are realistic and they are therefore edited in a way that only reinforces what the image already consist of.
